Definition of the service
The eVET portal is an online VET platform on which VET providers (VET schools, workplaces,
governmental organizations, VET centers, non-profit organizations, etc.) can connect and
collaboratively develop KA1 VET projects.
Identification Data
Your personal data are collected in fields: Organization name, PIC number, password hash, legal
person name-surname-title-email-phone number, head office address of the organization, average
ratings of the organization, organization type, city, country, sector, website address, and
hyperlinks.
Who has access to your information / who is it disclosed to?
The portal administrators have access to your data, which is contained in a database. Your enquiry is
stored on the server of our contractor which will be specified later. The functioning of the servers
containing the personal data is compliant with EU-GDPR.
The contractor has signed a contract with the European Commission which legally binds them to comply
with applicable legislation on the protection and processing of personal data.
Your personal data will be shared with registered users that you have created an agreement. No
personal data is shared with third parties without your consent.
How do we protect and safeguard your information?
Inside the portal administration, the data can be accessed by designated portal administrators with a
user ID and a password, and by contractors responsible for technical aspects.
Outside the portal administration, only the staff of the contractor, XXX, responsible for the reply
or for technical maintenance, has access to your personal data, also by entering a user ID and a
password.
Access to your personal data
You have no direct access to the PIC data stored in our server. If you wish to modify this data you
should change it from PIC number authorization server and then portal administrator.
You can modify other data stored any time via portal. You have the possibility of changing, email,
password, telephone, organization type, sector, and website address fields. Or you can completely
unregister from the system by sending an email (info@evetproject.eu)
to portal administrators.
How long is your data kept?
All personal data received and stored will be erased upon your request or after 5 years.
